Our anti-wear solution covers a full range of services from material selection, and structural design to installation guidance, ensuring that every link achieves the best anti-wear effect. We recommend the use of dislocated arch-jointed wear-resistant ceramic pipelines and integrated wear-resistant ceramic pipelines.
Displaced arch-jointed wear-resistant ceramic pipe
Product structure
Using precision alumina ceramic sheets, inorganic acid-resistant and alkali-resistant adhesives are directly attached to the inner wall steel plate of the pipe in a displaced manner. After curing at room temperature, a solid anti-wear barrier is constructed.
The ceramic sheets are overlapped and arranged in a displaced manner, which effectively avoids the linear gap in the flow direction of the medium and prevents the problem of ceramic sheets falling off caused by slurry scouring

Product Selection
The coal slag conveying pipeline of power plants is mainly used for the transmission of coal powder and faces severe wear challenges. Due to the poor quality of coal and coarse particles, the impact and wear on the pipeline are more severe. The alumina wear-resistant ceramics developed by our company are made of high-quality alumina powder with a purity of more than 95% and fired at a high temperature of 1700 degrees Celsius. It shows excellent acid and alkali resistance and hardness second only to diamond, becoming a highly cost-effective wear-resistant solution.
Product advantages
High hardness: The core of wear resistance lies in hardness. Jingcheng wear-resistant ceramics are formed by 100 tons of dry pressing, and the Rockwell hardness reaches HRA85-90, second only to diamond.
Excellent wear resistance: Using advanced technology, selecting high-purity alpha-alumina raw materials, optimizing powder preparation and sintering processes, and forming a dense structure.
Strong impact resistance: The unique toughening formula enhances crystal bonding, and the impact resistance is 2-3 times that of ordinary ceramics.
Smooth surface: Contains self-lubricating ingredients, reduces friction and blockage, and extends service life.
High-temperature stability: Temperature resistance up to 1700℃, no deformation, and no reduction in wear resistance.
Lightweight and high strength: 5mm thickness meets the needs, and the density is only 3:75g/cm³, which reduces the burden on equipment.
Reduced maintenance costs: Extend the life of equipment by more than 10 times, greatly reducing maintenance time and costs.
Wide applicability: Applicable to wear equipment in multiple industries such as thermal power, steel, coal, and chemical industry, customized on demand to solve various wear problems.

Choose Ceramic When:
Extreme wear resistance is needed in low-impact, high-abrasion environments (e.g., coal pipe liners)
Operating in high-temperature or corrosive conditions
Choose High-Chromium Cast Iron When:
Balancing wear resistance + impact resistance (e.g., ore crushing equipment)
Moderate wear rates and cost-effective solutions are required
Choose Manganese Steel When:
High-impact + low-wear applications (e.g., construction machinery parts)
Budget constraints and frequent maintenance are acceptable
FAQ
Q: Is the anti-wear solution applicable to coal powder pipelines of different diameters?
A: Yes, our anti-wear solution can be flexibly adjusted. Whether it is a large-diameter or small-diameter coal powder pipeline, it can be effectively protected by adapting different anti-wear materials and installation processes.
Q: Will the anti-wear solution affect the transportation efficiency of coal powder after installation?
A: No. Our solution fully considers the principles of fluid mechanics when designing. The anti-wear material selected has a smooth surface and will not increase the internal resistance of the pipeline after installation, ensuring the normal transportation efficiency of coal powder.
Q: Is the later maintenance complicated?
A: Simple maintenance. During normal operation, only regular appearance inspection is required, and no special maintenance is required. If abnormal wear occurs, our after-sales team will provide technical support and solutions as soon as possible.
Q: Compared with other anti-wear solutions, what is the price advantage?
A: Although the initial investment may not be much different, from the perspective of long-term use cost, our solution can save you a lot of money with its ultra-long service life and low maintenance cost, and the cost-effectiveness advantage is obvious.
