Packaging and Shipping:

What to do after the pipe is blocked?
1. When the pipe is blocked, it is not advisable to knock the pipe hard. The reverse operation method can be used to eliminate the pipe blockage. If it is ineffective, the pipe should be removed and cleaned;
2. If conditions permit, it is recommended to connect the entire set of pipes to another pump truck to clear it. If conditions are not met, the 90-degree elbow of the first arm can be removed, and the 3m straight pipe can be knocked to remove the concrete blocking the pipe.
Pipeline installation and operation specifications:
After replacing the new pipe, in order to avoid pipe blockage, the pressure can be appropriately increased by 2-3MPa, and normal pressure can be restored after conveying 3000-4000 cubic meters.
When conveying crushed stone concrete, it is recommended not to discharge the material in the first 3000 cubic meters, so that the material in the pipe does not exceed 40%.During the waiting period, pumping the empty truck several times will help avoid pipe blockage.
After the operation is completed, all the concrete in the pipeline should be discharged and the pipeline should be flushed, but it is strictly forbidden to use sponge balls to wash the pipe to avoid blockage.
