The ceramic rubber abrasion resistant plate is composed of ceramics, rubber, and steel plate. The ceramic liner is a customized product. Composite materials with different thicknesses and shapes can be selected according to the wear conditions to form a strong wear-resistant layer. Provides excellent wear and impact-resistant panels for use in heavy-wear industries such as gravel, and other high-impact areas. The suitable working temperature is -50—100.

The ceramic layer is mainly alumina or zirconia ceramics. The hardness of alumina ceramics can reach above HRA88. Ceramics have certain impact resistance or other characteristics based on high hardness and high wear resistance.

Product Structure

The rubber layer of the ceramic rubber abrasion resistant plate is made of natural rubber with excellent elasticity. Through a special thermal vulcanization process, ceramics and rubber are compounded into the steel plate groove. The rubber layer can absorb the impact force from the material to a great extent.

The lining plate is generally made of Q235 material, the thickness of the steel plate is 5mm-7mm, and it is equipped with countersunk head bolts, which can be fixed to the equipment by nuts or welding, which is convenient for installation and replacement.

The ceramic rubber composite steel plate is a customized product, and three-in-one liners of different shapes, thicknesses, and specifications can be designed according to the customer's working conditions and needs.

Installation Method

The ceramic rubber abrasion resistant plate provides two ways of stud bolt fixing and welding installation, and the bolt is also equipped with a special ceramic cap to prevent bolt wear.
